Delivery: All products are shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and/or availability of stock. This is usually 2-5 working days from receipt of your order for mainland UK and 14-28 days for Europe and the rest of the world. Although delivery is usually much sooner please allow 30 days. If you would like to arrange delivery sooner or for guaranteed dilivery times please contact steel@aulii.com. In the event of a product being out of stock we will advise you by eMail. No order will be shipped until full payment is recieved. If the Postage & Packaging fee us under paid you will be contacted by eMail to arrange top up payment.

Shipping: Postage & Packaging is free to mainland UK. For orders outside of the UK Shipping is calculated by weight and can be seen in your shopping basket prior to checkout.

Packaging: All orders are posted discreetly in plain boxes.

eMail Address: It is essential when placing an order that you include a valid eMail address, this will ensure that we can communicate with you and will also ensure that you receive a copy of your invoice.

Credit Card Security: For your security online transactions are processed by SecPsy on their secure server. Your card details are not held by Aulii. Your credit/debit card will be billed as Aulii.com

Other Payment Methods: If you would prefer not to use your credit/debit card you can still place an order online. When checking out choose 'pay by post' and pay by cheque, bankers draft, postal order or money transfer. If you would prefer to pay by a method not listed here please contact steel@aulii.com.

Privacy Policy

Aulii respects your privacy. When you shop at Aulii, we may ask for personal information such as your name, eMail address, billing address, product selections, credit card or other payment information.

We may also collect information about where you are on the Internet (such as the Web site you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country where your computer is located, the pages of Aulii that were viewed during your visit, and any search terms that you used.

Personal information you provide is used by us only for the following purposes:

• To improve your shopping experience at Aulii
• To process your order
• With your permission, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you

Aulii is anti-spam. We will only eMail you to process your order and afterwards if you have given your consent. We will never pass on your eMail address or personal information to a third party.

We treat all your personal information as confidential. We comply with The UK Data Protection Act 1998.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Terms & Conditions

Prices: All our prices were correct at time of publication. If any prices are incorrectly listed we will notify you by eMail prior to shipping your order.

Content Warning: Aulii an adult site for anybody 18 years or over. If you are under 18 years you should not use this site or buy any goods or services from us. Aulii contains content of a sexual nature, some users may find the material offensive. We accept no liability for offence caused. We accept no liability for any site which may link directly to a page other the the home page and bypasses the warning. We accept no liability for any site not owned by us which may act as a portal to Aulii, or is connected by a link from another site. We accept no liability for any site not owned by us which we may link to.

Returns: For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accepts returns of any of our products where:

• the outer seal of the packaging/box has been broken
• the packaging has been opened or tampered with
• the packaging has been damaged so as to allow access to the product
• 14 days has passed since purchase (refer to the date the confirmation eMail was sent)

Returns will only be refunded if approved a manufacturing defect is found. If you would like to return a product please eMail steel@aulii.com before posting the item to us. Items returned without prior arrangement will not be acepted. Shipping will only be refunded in the case of a manufacturing defect. If the returned item is found not to have a manufacturing defect no monied will be refunded and the item will be returned to the customer at the customers expence and a £10 processing fee applied. Aulii reserve the right to replace or repair the item in leu of a refund at no extra cost.

Canceling your Order/Refunds: Should you cancel your order before it has been shipped a £40 handeling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover credit card and/or bank charges. If your payment was made using a credit or debit card the remaining balance will be credited back to your card. If you paid by cheque Aulii will make arrangements to transfer the balance to your bank account via BACS. No other methods of refund are currently available.

Liability: All items supplied and manufactured by Aulii are novelty items for entertainment only. The range of products we sell is only available to persons over the age of 18. As the use of Aulii products is beyond our control, we accept no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of any use or misuse by the customer of any of the products in the range we sell. It is the buyer's responsibility to use their purchase in a safe manner and the buyer takes full responsibility in law. Neither Aulii nor it's representatives will be liable for damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages and claims of third parties. Always consult your GP before using any Aulii products. We accept no responsibility for goods which are damaged or lost in transit.
